Orders & checkout

How do I know whether checkout is handled by Unity or another seller?
Unity-owned items clearly use the Unity checkout flow. External, affiliate and partner listings are labeled before you leave Unity and the quick-view window identifies the seller. If the final purchase opens another seller's website, that seller is responsible for its checkout and order terms.
What happens after a successful Unity checkout?
Stripe redirects eligible Unity purchases to the secure Purchase Center. The server verifies the checkout session before exposing fulfillment information. Software items can receive entitlement-controlled download links; physical items follow the configured fulfillment path.
My payment completed but I cannot access what I bought. What should I do?
Keep the Stripe receipt or purchase reference, then use Order / Checkout Support. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or secret keys in the inquiry.

Software & downloads

Where do paid software downloads appear?
When a product is configured for protected delivery, the Purchase Center requests a short-lived download link only after verifying the purchase entitlement. Availability, version and platform claims should match the managed Software Catalog.
Can I download a version that is not listed as available?
No public page should promise an unpublished build. Use the product page for current platform and version information, or send a Software Access / License inquiry if you need clarification.
What if a download link expires?
Protected links are intentionally short-lived. Return through the verified purchase flow when possible. If you cannot regain access, contact Unity with the purchase reference so the entitlement can be reviewed.

Subscriptions & billing

How are monthly and yearly subscriptions handled?
Eligible subscription products use recurring Stripe pricing. The product page identifies the billing cadence before checkout. Billing-management access can be provided from an eligible verified purchase session.
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
Use the Stripe billing-management option when it is available from your verified Purchase Center session. If you cannot reach it, send a Subscription / Billing inquiry.
Does canceling a subscription automatically mean a refund?
Not necessarily. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate. Review the Returns & Refunds policy and the terms presented for the applicable product.

Shipping & returns

Who fulfills Unity merch?
Each product records its seller and fulfillment path. A Unity-sold item may be fulfilled internally or by a configured provider such as Printful. The product quick view and detail page should identify that relationship.
Where can I review shipping and return rules?
Read the Shipping page and Returns & Refunds page. External sellers may have their own separate policies, which apply when checkout takes place on their website.

Marketplace & partner products

Does Unity sell every product shown in the marketplace?
No. Unity can display first-party products, authorized partner items, marketplace listings and affiliate/referral products in one discovery experience. Seller and relationship labels are intentionally shown so the customer knows who actually controls the transaction.
Why does a product send me to another website?
That listing uses an external seller. Unity lets you review the listing in quick view first, then provides a clear Continue to Seller action. Once you leave Unity, the external seller controls checkout, availability, shipping, privacy and returns.

Accounts & security

Where do I sign into my Unity customer account?
Use Customer Sign In for civilian purchases, downloads and account support. Employees and authorized confidential collaborators use separately distributed Unity desktop software and a separate private backend.
Where should I report a security problem?
Review the Security page, then use the contact form and choose Security Vulnerability Report. Do not submit passwords, private keys, classified information or other secrets through the general form.
How do I make a privacy request?
Use the dedicated Privacy Request page. It is separate from ordinary product and order support so requests can follow the appropriate privacy workflow.
Unity support pages explain the intended website and commerce workflows. They do not invent order status, shipping dates, product availability or account information. When a fact depends on a specific purchase or account, use the secure purchase flow or contact Unity for review.
