1. Order processing
Physical orders are processed after payment authorization and any required fraud or inventory checks. Processing times vary by product, customization, stock status, and fulfillment provider. Any estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Shipping rates and methods
Available carriers, service levels, and shipping charges are shown at checkout when the order flow supports them. Expedited service affects carrier transit time and does not necessarily eliminate product processing or customization time.
3. Tracking
When tracking is available, it may be provided by Unity or the fulfillment provider after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier scans can be delayed, particularly during peak periods or transfers between carriers.
4. Address accuracy and changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact Unity immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order is in production, transferred to a fulfillment provider, or accepted by a carrier, an address change may not be possible.
5. Delays
Weather, carrier disruption, customs, supply constraints, address issues, peak demand, or events outside reasonable control may delay an order. Unity will not represent an estimated delivery date as guaranteed unless the applicable checkout expressly provides a guaranteed service.
6. Lost, damaged, or missing shipments
If tracking shows an unexpected delivery problem or a package arrives damaged, contact Unity promptly with the order number and relevant details. Unity may coordinate with the carrier or fulfillment provider before issuing a replacement or refund.
7. International orders
International availability depends on product, destination, provider, and legal restrictions. Unless checkout states otherwise, recipients are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, customs clearance requirements, and other destination-country fees.
8. Restricted destinations and products
Unity may decline or cancel shipment when a product cannot legally or contractually be shipped to a destination, when a carrier refuses the shipment, or when sanctions/export or other restrictions apply.
9. Returns
See Returns & Refunds for return eligibility and refund treatment.
