Accessibility Statement

Unity's accessibility target, implementation practices, third-party limitations, and how to report a barrier.

Effective August 26, 2026Version 1.0
Unity's accessibility goal is to make the public website and core account functions usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.

1. Accessibility target

Unity uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target for public website and portal improvements. This is a target and ongoing engineering commitment, not a claim that every page or third-party experience has been independently certified as fully conformant.

2. Practices

  • Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and form associations where practical.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and controls.
  • Visible focus treatment and logical focus behavior for interactive components.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and interface icons where appropriate.
  • Responsive layouts that support common zoom and viewport sizes.
  • Color/contrast reviews and avoidance of color as the only source of critical meaning.
  • Reduced reliance on motion for understanding content.

3. Third-party content

Some checkout, authentication, merchandise-provider, map, video, or other third-party experiences are controlled by their respective providers. Unity will try to choose accessible providers and provide an alternative path when reasonably possible, but cannot directly modify every third-party interface.

4. Report an accessibility barrier

If you encounter a barrier, use the contact page and include “Accessibility” in the subject/message. Please identify the page or feature, the issue, your browser/device or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help.

5. Alternative access

When reasonably possible, Unity will work to provide the same information or service through an alternative accessible method while a reported issue is being evaluated.
