One-time & recurring
Unity-owned products can use Stripe for one-time or subscription checkout. Eligible customers can reach billing management from a verified purchase flow when the product and session support it.
Billing helpShipping & fulfillment
Product pages identify the seller and fulfillment relationship. Unity-sold goods may be fulfilled internally or by a provider; external seller purchases follow that seller's process.
Shipping policyExternal sellers
Partner, affiliate and marketplace listings can be reviewed on Unity, but some complete checkout elsewhere. The external seller controls its payment, inventory, shipping, privacy and returns.
MarketplacePurchases & security
Customer accounts use the public Firebase customer realm for orders, software entitlements, receipts and support. Employee and confidential collaboration accounts are intentionally handled in separate Unity desktop software.
